I have a bootable bfi file sent by a friend, created from Acronis Boot CD. When I try to create ISO file from it, I get a message that says "Boot image <image file name> has multiple partitions".
Although the ISO so created is shown to be bootable by UltraISO, it fails to boot.
What does the message really mean, and how do I create right ISO ?

Thanks.

Disk images with multiple-partition cannot be used as boot image file - only one partition is allowed.
