1. ISO - nearly all burning program can burn it 2. BIN/CUE - a CUE file must be existed, is for CD image only. Convert it to ISO first. 2. MDF/MDS - Alcohol 120% is the choice

When converting a BIN/CUE image to ISO, some non-file data is lost, which may render a disc unusable because its copy protection schemes may detect that it's not the original disc. You should be careful when doing such conversions.
Regardless, almost all burning programs and virtual drives can handle BIN/CUE just as well as ISO.

I WANT TO CREATE AN MDS FILE HOW CAN I DO THIS BECAUSE I NEED TO BURN A CD-DVD AND THE FILE IS MDF AND I DONT HAVE WITH HIM AN MDS FILE
