1. ISO - nearly all burning program can burn it
2. BIN/CUE - a CUE file must be existed, is for CD image only. Convert it to ISO first.
2. MDF/MDS - Alcohol 120% is the choice

When converting a BIN/CUE image to ISO, some non-file data is lost, which may render a disc unusable because its copy protection schemes may detect that it's not the original disc. You should be careful when doing such conversions.

Regardless, almost all burning programs and virtual drives can handle BIN/CUE just as well as ISO.

It is not possible to re-create a MDS file from the MDF image directly. You can try to open MDF by UltraISO, save as a new image, mount to a virtaul CD/DVD drive and see if it works or not.
