I am haiving issues with a very simply task I am trying to replace two files to an ISO I have loaded but everytime I save it increases the size so it will not longer fit on a CD-R. I am new to this so please give me some knowledge.

The ISO images downloaded may be optimized, please choose 'File'->'Properties' from main menu, check 'Optimize' before you save the modified ISO.

Still didn't work it just expanded the image to 1+gb. Is it really this hard to make an ISO and add two files so I can burn it.

You can also try it this way:
1) Choose 'Options'->'Configurations' from main menu, switch to 'Save' page ,uncheck 'Recompile ISO when Saving Directly' and click OK
2) Then replace files and choose 'File'->'Save'
