Hallo!

I have some Questions:

First question:

I have installed Virtual Clone Drive. How can I use them alternating to the build in ISO Drive?

If I used the Virtual Clone Drive and then want to use the build in Drive, I first have to delete the entry in the Windows Registry. Deleting the path in UltraISO dialog field doesn’t make any effect. And when I used the build in drive, I will lose them by changing to Virtual Clone Drive.

Second question:

Where does UltraISO save the settings for the build in ISO drive? I suggest in the Windows Registry but I didn’t find it.

Third question:

What is the "vdrive.ini" for and how do I use it?
.

1) ISODrive can work with VirtualCloneDrive simultaneously
  - Choose 'Options'->'Configuration'->'Virtual Drive', click on 'Detect'.
  - Choose 'Tools'->'Mount to virtual drive', you can see both virtual clonedrive and isodrive
2) For latest version 8.51, vdrive.ini is not needed for virtual clonedrive
ps: it is located in "C:\Program Files\UltraISO"
3) ISODrive is a kernal driver, it does not use the registry of UltraISO

Sorry, this was my mistake. Within my first test it didn’t work, now it does.

Why then does version 8.51 install vdrive.ini? This is irritating.

I found it. UltraISO creates the registry key:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ISODrive]

If you want to change the drive letter, you can do it there.

1) Uninstall UltraISO
2) Re-setup UltraISO, uncheck 'Setup ISO CD/DVD emulator (ISODrive)' option during installation
