Hi, please help me!

Currently I have an Xbox DVD drive permanently installed and unlocked. UltraISO will recognise this drive and allow me to extract the data to ISO with no problems.

Then if I burn this ISO to disk, the xbox says data disk but won't show data, just crashes.

If I extract the ISO to file then create an xbox ISO using Craxtion then burn to disk, the Xbox will recognise the disk as a game and play no problems. So I know the original ISO contained the correct files.

My aim here is to be able to use UltraISO to extract the game information from the original xbox game straight to an xbox ISO.

I know you can create Xbox ISO's using UltraISO, but unfortunately I have not been able to find how to do it.

Any help you could give would be much appreciated :)

Ok I have found a workaround to solve this problem.

Copied a working Xbox ISO to my Desktop
Renamed it to "EmptyXbox.iso"
Opened "EmptyXbox.iso" with UltraISO
Deleted ALL of the files and folders within
Create new text document and name it "DeleteMe.txt" on your Desktop
Now drag and drop "DeleteMe.txt" into the "EmptyXbox.iso" which you still have open in UltraISO
Now click Save then exit
(If you do not place a file into the ISO at all then UltraISO will make the ISO over 8gb in size for some reason!!)

So I am left with "EmptyXbox.iso" which is practicaly an empty xbox iso
Create a copy of this somewhere else to use again and again

Then open "EmptyXbox.iso" with UltraISO again
Click the 'Open CD/DVD' icon in top left
Select my installed Xbox Drive
Click save and after a little while there is your Xbox compatible iso
(there is no need to delete the "DeleteMe.txt" file as it will disappear on it's own)

The only things left to do is patch the xbe files within this new iso using craxtion iso/xbe patcher (very quick and simple to do) and to rename the ISO to 'gamename'.iso

And were done!

I hope this helps anyone else that is trying to do the same or similar.
