Hi All,

How can I tell if an iso has a vcalid boot record?

Example:

I downloaded an iso of XP SP2 Keyless install from the MS licensing site and it was not bootable. I did not know it was not bootable until I tried to boot it, then I went back and added the boot record from a XP SP1 cd.

Suggestion:
1) Open by UltraISO, and see if a boot record is found (just like attached picture)

2) Emulate with VMWare, and make sure that it is bootable.
