I have Windows Vista and although the virtual drive appears and I select my file... once I click on new drive then I get error message that windows doesnt recogize the drive format.  How can  I correct this.. need help now... please !

Possible problem: format of your ISO image is not recognized by Windows Vista.

Suggestions:
1) Try to open this ISO by UltraISO
-or-
2) Try to mount it with other virtual drive programs such as Daemon-Tools
