You can change boot sector by hex editors such as UltraEdit, then add MS-DOS 6.22 boot files to the image.

Please wait for version 4.55, which can help you to create large MS-DOS 6.22 bootable floppy image.

December 15. You can get a pre-release version from http://www.ezbsys.com/download/ezb455en.exe right now.

Okay, image creation works but files like command.com, io.sys etc. are missing after creation and if i put these files later into the image i got an error.
Any solution?

You should set the right 'seed image' which can boot to MS-DOS 6.22 correctly.
You can get one from here: http://www.ezbsys.com/download/boot_msd.img
