Joliet does keep lower case letters.
EasyBoot hide ezboot directory and all files under the folder by default, do you mean that directory?

No, I know ezboot directory is hidden and I want to keep lower case letters. So when i make a iso with Joliet can't open some directory's
These are the directory's on my CD (first mounted and later burn it)
dcom erdc Vol1 Â Â Â Â > can't open Vol2 Â Â Â Â > can't open WINPPRO Â > can't open

Please make sure that all folders are in disk1 directory before making an ISO image.
For example: c:\easyboot\disk1\dcom c:\easyboot\disk1\erdc c:\easyboot\disk1\ezboot c:\easyboot\disk1\Vol1 c:\easyboot\disk1\Vol2 c:\easyboot\disk1\WINPPRO

hey, i've encountered this too with my first boot cd.
i think it's case/longnames problem. of course all my dirs were in /disk1 directory. i cannot access almost 40% of them . i will try to burn non-joliet cd with no optimization option and change all my dirs into uppercase. hope this helps.
note : when you boot plain dos, those dirs are readable. weird.
