Thanks for your help, but i still have probs to create the disk.
I started to create the disk as follow :
Building NT 4.0 Workstation 1. Creating Folderstructure DISK1\NT4W 2. Copy i386-Folder from Setup-CD to DISK1\NT4W\ 3. Copy cdrom_w.40 to DISK1\ 4. Copy setupldr.bin to DISK1\NT4W\ 5. Copy txtsetup.sif to DISK1\NT4W\ 6. Copy w2ksect.bin as DISK1\EZBOOT\nt4w.bin 7. Changing 'I386' to 'nt4w' inside DISK1\EZBOOT\nt4w.bin 8. Changing 'I386' to 'nt4w' inside DISK1\NT4W\setupldr.bin 9. Changing the SetupSourcePath from '=\' to '\=nt4w' inside DISK1\NT4W\txtsetup.sif
Then i create the iso-File and modify vmware to boot from iso. I start the vm and it boots from iso. After a while i get a error- message about missing files.
I think i still need more bootfiles in Folder DISK1\NT4W\ On the Downloadpage there is no bat-File to copy NT4.0-Bootfiles to the root.
Which more bootfiles i need to copy in DISK1\NT4W\

You can extract boot files from 4 floppy IMGs comming with NT disc to disk1\nt4w by UltraISO.
