i've follow someone tell's..
but after detect hardward...and system tell:
couldn't find EULT...
do anyone know this ?
the file EULT.TXT i'm sure is in the folder.
i've modif Setupldr.bin and Txtsetup.sif ...

This problem relates to txtsetup.sif. Please check the setting of source path.

i've change this:
SetupSourcePath = "\wxpp"
and the another "i386" , i also change "wxpp"
but also have this problem...

you need to change following string ONLY:
SetupSourcePath = "\wxpp"
and make sure \wxpp\i386 includes all files & folders as \i386 at original CD.

i've use another way to fix this problem ,thanks...
but i also have another problem ,i make a Win2003 Server
bootable disc , when it checking hardware ,and it tell's me hardward errer...:(
