Hello Community,
I cannot start UltraISO (current Build) on my Windows 7 64 Bit anymore. If I try to start the application nothing happens.
I only see the following Error in the Windows eventlog: Protokollname: Application Quelle:     Application Error Datum:     14.01.2011 23:44:45 Ereignis-ID:  1000 Aufgabenkategorie:(100) Ebene:     Fehler Schlüsselwörter:Klassisch Benutzer:    Nicht zutreffend Computer:    XXXXXXXX Beschreibung: Name der fehlerhaften Anwendung: UltraISO.exe, Version: 9.3.6.2750, Zeitstempel: 0x00000000 Name des fehlerhaften Moduls: UltraISO.exe, Version: 9.3.6.2750, Zeitstempel: 0x00000000 Ausnahmecode: 0xc0000005 Fehleroffset: 0x007d9001 ID des fehlerhaften Prozesses: 0x1024 Startzeit der fehlerhaften Anwendung: 0x01cbb43ca3c4fd3f Pfad der fehlerhaften Anwendung: C:\Program Files (x86)\UltraISO\UltraISO.exe Pfad des fehlerhaften Moduls: C:\Program Files (x86)\UltraISO\UltraISO.exe Berichtskennung: e1c3b09c-202f-11e0-aca7-005056c00008 Ereignis-XML: <Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event">  <System>   <Provider Name="Application Error" />   <EventID Qualifiers="0">1000</EventID>   <Level>2</Level>   <Task>100</Task>   <Keywords>0x80000000000000</Keywords>   <TimeCreated SystemTime="2011-01-14T22:44:45.000000000Z" />   <EventRecordID>21408</EventRecordID>   <Channel>Application</Channel>   <Computer>XXXXXXXXXX</Computer>   <Security />  </System>  <EventData>   <Data>UltraISO.exe</Data>   <Data>9.3.6.2750</Data>   <Data>00000000</Data>   <Data>UltraISO.exe</Data>   <Data>9.3.6.2750</Data>   <Data>00000000</Data>   <Data>c0000005</Data>   <Data>007d9001</Data>   <Data>1024</Data>   <Data>01cbb43ca3c4fd3f</Data>   <Data>C:\Program Files (x86)\UltraISO\UltraISO.exe</Data>   <Data>C:\Program Files (x86)\UltraISO\UltraISO.exe</Data>   <Data>e1c3b09c-202f-11e0-aca7-005056c00008</Data>  </EventData> </Event>
It would be great if someone has an idea how I can fix the problem.
Best regards, space

sorry I have Windows 7 64bit program does work in 64 bit but is not fully 64bit compatible in everyway, perhaps your unique hardware set-up caused this.
And if indeed you found a bug unless the developer can reproduce it it wont be fixed.
That I can guaranty you from extensive experience dealing with developers including Ultraiso's developer.

-------------- The idea that laws decide what is right or wrong is mistaken in general. Laws are, at their best, an attempt to achieve justice; to say that laws define justice or ethical conduct is turning things upside down.
