I'm running UltraISO v9.3.3.2685 under Vista SP1 selecting the RunAs Adminitrator option so I can "Write Disk Image" to a USB thumb drive correctly.
This works just fine for Windows OS disks but when I try to write either the HP SmartStart/Firmware CD or the Dell OpenManage DVD to a thumb drive I get the error message that the disk may not boot properly.

Sure enough, it don't.

I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong or is this just not supported by the product?
If it's not supported could you take a look at their iso image files and see if you could make it work?  As an administrator this would be really nice.
Here is a link to HP's SmartStart CD:

Please check your PM for an answer for how to write HP's SmartStart CD to a USB stick.
