I'm running the latest version under win7 64-bit and I'm not able to add/remove virtual drives or change virtual drive letters. neither gui nor command line. no error, simply nothing happens.

Please right click on desktop icon of UltraISO, choose 'Run as Administrator' from popup menu and try again.

Haven't tried that. But I've managed to add/remove virtual drives or change virtual drive letters by modifying directly the registry... :)
