Hello,
I'm getting this reoccurring error :
CODE
---------------------------
Error
---------------------------
Class name:TToolBar
Error type:EAccessViolation
Message: Access violation at address 006241A3 in module 'UltraISO.exe'. Write of address 55521EC0

I'm using UltraISO 9.3.5.2716.

Here's how I reproduce this error :
1. I set disc type to "Audio CD".
2. I drag a bunch of audio files into it (all the files are labeled with numbers; no "weird" characters).
3. I press "Save".
4. The bar starts and then suddenly the error appears.

I tried different types of mp3 and even reinstalling the software. No dice.

Any idea ?

Could you please add 1 or 2 audio files and see if the error appears or not?

Well, I tried adding just one file and there was no problem.
However, I tried adding two files and there error appeared again.

I tried different mp3 and it happens on all of them, so we can rule out a "bad" mp3.

Any ideas ?
In the mean time I'll try and completely uninstall the software and reinstalling it again.
I'll post back.

I reinstalled the software after thoroughly uninstalling it (using an external uninstaller which removed registry entries) and the problem persists :(

Just tested as the following way, UltraISO worked:
1) Start UltraISO
2) Choose 'File'->'New'->'Audio CD Image' from main menu
3) Add 10 MP3 files to the image area
4) Save as a BIN/CUE image

I Fixed the problem.
It appears the fault was in the mp3's as they were encoded in a custom bitrate (VBR) instead of a constant one.
After converting them to CBR and retrying to create the ISO, the operation was successful.

Maybe you should consider creating a more "user friendly" error messages so future errors like this can be solved more easily, but that just my opinion.

Thanks for all the help.

Thanks ocp1000 for your feedback.

Could you please send one of your problem MP3 (VBR) to service@ezbsystems.com for detailed checking?
