i think ultraiso is bugged
try to do this>>
open an image file->
click on a folder->file properties
change the time to 8,23,2001 8:00:00 PM
save it and check the time again(in windows), its bugged

Which version are you using ? I cannot repeat this problem with UltraISO 7.6.0.1081.

i found that in windows it shows Thursday, August 23, 2001, 9:00:00 PM
in ultraiso it shows Thursday, August 23, 2001, 10:00:00 PM
