i have downloaded the microsoft memory diagnostic tool from microsoft.

after creating the floppy (720 KB) - it is not possible to boot the image (doesn't matter if i create it with easyboot or winimage) within the easyboot-interface.

has somebody an idea..or a solution???

I just tested a 1.44MB image, it works with EasyBoot. Please grab one from http://www.ezbsys.com/download/msmem.ima .
