You need to download my set of scripts (download is below in every topic I respond to).
Read carefully “READ_ME.html” in download 
It’s these script I mention in tutorial in post nr; 9
And a brief explanation how to launch script can be found in post nr; 6 HERE
Note: you also have “Help-button” in most of the scripts that give you some advices and guiding
