+) Supports 16bits bitmap images (64K color mode)
*) Fixed a bug with 'Int 13 extensions' detection
*) Fixed a bug with bootable ISO creation when only ISO 9660 volume is used
*) Fixed a UI problem with large font size (120DPI)
*) Some minor bugs fixed

Note:
1) Please open and save all your old .ezb files at least once to active new features
2) To use bitmap image in 16bits or 24bits, you should set '64K color' mode first by 'Options'->'Configuration'
3) It is highly recommanded to create a default.ezb menu in 16 colors for best compatibility
