@looknguide
I have never heard about ERD Commander 2005 (XP 64) – or do you suggest that there are two versions of ERD5? One for 32-bit and one for 64-bit? Anyway, It doesn’t matter – because to my knowledge, ERD5 is built using server-2003 – with a Setupldr.bin-file that gets corrupted when you hex edit (you must patch setupldr.bin before hex edit. Read HERE).
In case you still want to hex edit ERD5 (change name to folder i386) please read post nr: 9 HERE how this is done (same for ERD7). Another solution is to use my script “EasyBoot-Live.script”. This script does everything fully automatically for you (including patching and hex edit files). Script support ERD5 and ERD7 as well, without problems.
ERD Commander 2009 (Vista 32). This must be ”MsDart-32” that is built using Vista32 as source – correct? ERD Commander 2009 (Vista 64). This must be ”MsDart-64” that is built using Vista64 as source – correct?
To solve ERD Commander 2009 (Vista-based) I recommend using my script “Easyboot-ISO.script”. This script does everything for you. Script launch ISO-file as it is and gives you in the end what command to use in your menu in EasyBoot. Note: If using “Easyboot-ISO.script”, check “Allow Lower Case” when creating ISO-file. ------------------------------------------------------------------ About Dam Small Linux I downloaded ISO for test purpose from HERE
Do as following: 1. Extract folder knoppix from DSL-ISO to Easyboot\disk1 2. Delete folder knoppix inside DSL.ISO (we don’t need this folder there as it is extracted to disk1). I use UltraIso when doing this operation. Save reduced ISO-file as DSL.ISO to a temporary folder somewhere. 3. Use my script “Easyboot-ISO.script” to integrate DSL.iso to EasyBoot. 4. When script is finished you automatically get the right command for your menu. 5. When creating ISO in EasyBoot check “Allow Lower Case” and also check “Joliet”. -------------------------------------------------------------------- For Acronis Disk Director 10 and Acronis True Image use this method: 1. Create “rescue ISO-file” using Acronis “Bootable Rescue Media Builder” (you have this option in Acronis) 2. Put created ISO in folder ezboot 3. Use menu command in EasyBoot: bcdw /ezboot/restore.iso Note: you may need to adjust file name “restore.iso “ to the one you get when creating ISO file or rename by your self ISO to a different name and change command in menu accordingly.
Attention As my script is used for solutions above, I recommend you to run this script in WinXP, as this is a more “free system” – without all stupid security latches that Vista/Win-7 is overcrowded with

@india
As this seems to be your first post in this forum I say welcome
Quote: “Error”
This can be solved in several different ways Let’s start with the easy one:
If you used WinXP (any servicepack) as source for build of BartPE you can simply copy folder i386 and programs-folder and ident-files (win51 etcetera) to folder disk1 in easyboot and then rename folder i386 to let’s say “BART” (use CAPS to name= BIG LETTERS) and use menu command in easyboot: bcdw /bart/setupldr.bin (as you can notice in this scenario, no hex edit necessary)
You can now use another folder i386 on the root of EasyBoot (root of EasyBoot is disk1 if you wonder).
However - If you used server-2003-sp1 or similar to build BartPE, I instead recommend you to use my collections of scripts. Download my scripts below this post: “Download complete set of scripts including help file HERE” Read help file “READ_ME.html”.
Use easyboot-iso.script to integrate “WINKEY.iso” to EasyBoot. Note: check “Run ISO from RAM” in script as this is an NT5-system that are build from folder i386.
As WINKEY now is directly launched from ISO you can have folder i386 from BartPE on the root (disk1) and you don’t need to hex edit at all

I hope we can figure this out because I highly doubt that I'd be able to afford to stay here if we have to pay for membership. Is there any way we can get with another sponsor?
