I have 3 suggestions :
1/ How to Boot with Ezboot from Usb Key Or External Hard Disk 2/ How to Boot with Ezboot and point to several "WinPE" (.img) 3/ How to Boot with Ezboot and point to several "Linux" (.img)

A think a more detailed information in easyboot.hlp is necessary: more specific cases, howtos, guides to use with knoppix, acronis, linux; information about the command "bootinfotable".
In addition to this, more mouse refresh rate.
And a grid line to make the GUI, the menu boxes, buttons, etc.

Agree on the help file; it's terrible. The software is worth every penny, but the help file is junk
Some suggestions:
Better support for importing menu graphics (ie, the ability to BROWSE for it? Have the program copy to where it needs to go?)
Much better explanation of SubMenus/easier ability to create them for those with multideep menus (especially true of Nin1 DVD bootables)

It has been my experience that visual tutorials (flash based) are always welcome by the community. I find them to be a great resource, espceially with software that involves many steps to accomplish something.
