Is there any way UltraISO can take the raw contents/folders of a dual layer DVD (6.8GB worth of data) and convert and burn it to a standard 4.7GB DVD? Or will some other software have to be used to shrink everything down first and then an ISO can be created?

For DVD-Video, DVDShrink may be helpful.
