I used "ISOcmd.exe -number 2" to create 2 drives which I then changed them to Drives T: and U: respectively. After installing them using the "-install" parameter, I mounted my password-protected ISZ file to Drive U:, worked on files residing on the mounted drive and continued with my other activity on my XP desktop. During all this time, I had not mounted Drive T:

What happend was: After a long while when I came back to check on the mounted drive, U: was still mounted. And when I typed the letter T: it happened that Drive T: was mounted, which was weird as I could swear I had not mounted it.

When I issued a "Dir" command on Drive T:, it happened that the drive contained the same mounted ISZ file as Drive U: This strange event had happened a few times then.

Please could the web master explained why this strange thing happened?

Thanks and best regards

It has happened again just now when I mounted an ISO file to Drive T: via the command line. Drive U: was also mounted without my intervention containing the same ISO file.
