What would you think about an U3 version of UltraISO ?

The U3 platform is constantly expanding, and many other applications are already supporting it.

It would be very handy to manage your ISOs on the road...

While it's not a full U3 implementation, UltraISO does work from USB keys so you can manage your ISOs on the road:

Just saw this post when looking for the HOWTO put UltraISO on my U3 drive.  Wanted to add to those looking here in the future that there's a utility called Shortcut Creator 4 U3 that will add the program into your U3 menu.

I don't know the URL - I've had it for a while and there's no "about" dialog in the program - but it's really easy to use.
