hello sorry for my English but I'm french I'd like to put my ISO file that I create with EasyBoot in my usb key I have tested with the script of Balder (EasyBoot-usb-v2) but I get an error "FileCopy - Failed to copy [iso.iso] to: [D: \ iso] "please can you help me

It looks that you select ISO-file from C:\ which is the right thing to do- but result is [S:\iso.iso] – it looks that the target source is changed to S:\ by some odd reason 
Make sure you only put in a simple name in textbox in script.
Example: I decide to integrate MsDart60.iso-file to Easyboot menu – to make this work I do following:
1. I write in MSDART60 in texbox in script (no extension”.ISO” only name).
2. I make sure my target iso-file (msDart60.iso) is put on the root (C:\).
3. Now I push on “Start-button” in script and follow instructions.

Balder hello thank you for your response. the letter S is normal iso file is on another hard drive I tried to put it on C. it's the same thing. You say: I write in MSDART60 in texbox in script (no extension. "ISO" only name) I do not see this step. I press start and the script is asking for the target iso. my usb is 16GB and my 7.5 GB iso file Perhaps it's the problem?

Why is the ISO-file that large 
Note: you cannot use the same approach to USB as to DVD
Setup of WinXP for example cannot be done in same way when using USB-approach
Same to setup of Vista or Win-7
In this case you should use script “easyboot-grub-iso.script”
This script create a new working ISO-file and also has built-in facility to copy the final result to USB drive.

Sorry – I now see that you want your easyboot-build transferred to USB and not to DVD – which is a major difference 
Test using “easyboot-grub-iso.script” and report back your results
