I would like to use EasyBoot to create a menu driven boot cd for multiple DOS boot disks to easy the use of my multiple DOS boot disks due to the mutliple NICS I have in my PC's. If I create img's of all 5 DOS Boot disks and then create the menu for each IMG file, will that work?
Again, I am new to your product and I am hoping the answer is yes.

Yes, each IMG file works independently.

This board does have some bug right?  How can an unregistered user post things? Now that makes no sense! Why go though all registration process when flying away without wings?
