How long should it take to create an ISO of a menu and one 2.44 floppy img?! And how big should it be?

It ends up running for over and hour and the file size surpasses DVD capacity!

I should not take that long....but I would make sure you ONLY including the directories that you need.

for that little of stuff in there it shouldnt take that long. i saw that your easyboot directory is in documents and settings, what it might be doing is adding everything in D&S to the iso image i recommend making the easyboot folder in the root of the C drive (c:\easyboot) so it wont add anything that you dont need into the iso. by far it shouldnt take over an hour! my menu and all of my images (i think its around 75mb) take a max of 3 minutes for it to create the iso.
