Ok, I have 2 different already existing and working ISO images for software tools (not full OS). If I burn each of them onto separate CDs and boot my computer with one of them I can use the tool which is on the current CD successfully.
Now I want to merge these two ISO images into one CD by using EasyBoot. How do I do that?
As far as I can see there is no step-by-step manual for this situation.
From my point of view a smart ISO merging utility should have just 3 items:
- Folder to put the existing ISOs - Entryfields for the selection menu text at boot time - "MAKE ISO" button.
Easyboot seems to be more compilcated. I have to collect all boot images files. Which are they for an existing ISO ? What are "pre-mastering options"?
Furthermore Easyboot provides some own DOS boot files.Ok. Lets assume I select at boot time somehow one of these "sub"-ISO images from EasyBoot menu. Easyboot jumps into the target ISO. But: The target ISO has its own DOS Boot files. Is DOS booted again? How do I identify the real target program in the "sub"-ISO?
Thank you for the answer Matt

If your bootable ISO is a DOS/int 13 based system, put them in c:\easyboot\disk1\ezboot folder and use 'bcdw \ezboot\xxx.iso' to load. If it does not work, please see a related topic at http://forum.ezbsystems.net/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=1;t=316.
