xoben, et al
I have used the technique you linked above to successfully build a boot menu that will allow TrueImage to run. I then tried to insert a xxx.tib (backup file) into disk1 and build an iso with EB. Every time I reach approx. 20% the .iso generation quits (no errors, etc). The total size is approx 750MB, but should be 2.79GB + 0.56GB.
After this failure I removed the xxx.tib file from disk1, and built a 558 mb .iso successfully. I then used the advice from urie here: http://www.ezbsys.com/cgi-bin....=1;t=94
and tried to use ultraiso to add the xxx.tib to the 558mb .iso. The ultra .iso process failed at approx 20%, again with no errors. The resultant file was 768MB. I am using EB 4.56
Any advice is welcome! Thank You

Can you tell more detailed information about your .TIB files? such as name, size ... etc.

The .tib file is a backup of a small WinXpPro C: drive. Basic MS office tools, burner app, True Image app, Norton SysWorks, etc. The name is 400SC_3_14_04.tib, it's size is 2,789,842 KB.
If there is any other info that might help remedy this issue please let me know.
Thank You

Thanks for your detailed information.
Please try out build 689 of UltraISO 6.56 SR-2 , which has fixed the bug you encountered.
