Also, I have a friend who is having problems with his SATA drive. With IDE he never had a coaster in years. Maybe is just a coincidence... or not.

Both SATA and IDE drives are from the same manufacturer.

Is there one for up to 250 gb or so in UDF DVD settings because I only see up settings to 50 GB. I'm asking was because it might be useful for Windows 2008 R2 using recovery option because it requests for a ISO media file other than a disk that I see.
