hello, after I make a modification to an existing image and later try to save it, I end up with an image that has all files layed out alphabetically, without maintaining the order of the original image.
Is this something that can be fixed/improved?

For editing ISO images, 'Save' will keep oroginal LBA values, 'Save As' will re-locate file positon.
PS: We will add a option to 'keep LBA' at next version soon.
