When trying to burn an ISO image I created to a DVD disk I get "unable to lock the volume for exclusive access". On the same computer I can burn that same ISO image to disk just fine with several other pieces of software.
I made sure there are no resident programs running that lock up the DVD writer.
Any ideas anyone?

Did that several times. No changes. UltraISO is the only app that will not write.

The error message "unable to lock the volume for exclusive access" comes from Microsoft cdburn/dvdburn utility. You may choose other burning software this way:
1) Choose 'Options'->'Configuration' from main menu 2) Click 'Detect' button
