I have some .iso files I am trying to burn, and everytime I push NEROBURN, I get the error,

Listindex Out of Bounds (-1)

then the BHurn dialog pops up, and in the Message portion is:

Cannot open NeroAPI.DLL

Now, all I want to do is simply burn this darned .ISO file to CD.  I cannot seem to find this other DLL file on google, why was it not included with the install if the software was so dependant on it?

Can I fix this?
