I have downloaded a BIN file (Photoshop Elements 3) and I am trying to convert this file into ISO in order to install the program.

For the conversion I am using UltraIso v7.21.

When I try to initiate the conversion to ISO I get the following message: ISO 9660 volume not found - and cannot proceed with the conversion.

I wonder what is wrong... Is the bin file corrupt? Something else? What can I do?

Many thanks for the advice.

The .BIN file may be a Mac image, which has only HFS+ volume and UltraISO cannot convert this kind of image to ISO.
