Thers is bad file in a .mdf image.
Use UltraISO to fix it and save.
Will it destroy the boot or other infos on it?
If so,what should i do before fixing it?
And can anybody tell me the steps?
Thx!!!

Open the .MDF file by UltraISO, click 'Save As' to get a new image. Bootable information will not be lost.

used to use WINIso to add a new file into a image(doom3CD1).After installing the CD1,CD2,CD3,it asked to put the CD1 into the CD-ROM.SO i put the fixed image into the DAEMON Tools.Bad things happened....the system could not find the disk...what was wrong with the image !!!! Then i put the image which was not fixed into DAEMON,this time it was ok...found the disk.why? So now i am afraid that the same thing would happen...
P.S. my English is too limited,do not laugh at me~

For copy-protected game CD images, do edit it by any program including UltraISO. Otherwise, copy-protected information (not bootable information) will be destroyed .

Sure, you can do so with UltraISO. And mount the newly created ISO with D-Tools for testing.
