If Nero is not available, you can use following small burning tools to record your ISO image to DVD:
Name: dvdburn.exe
OS: Windows 2000, Windows XP Professional, or Windows Server 2003
Download: http://www.ezbsys.com/download/dvdburn.exe
Usage: dvdburn.exe drive: file.iso
Example: dvdburn.exe d: c:\easyboot\iso\mycd.iso
Types of DVD Media:
There are five types of recordable DVD media. Here is some basic information for each type of media:
1)DVD-R (DVD Recordable) DVD-R is a write-once, read-many storage format similar to CD-R and is used to master DVD-Video and DVD-ROM discs. Write-once media (of any type) typically offers higher compatibility with older drives and consumer devices.
2)DVD+R (DVD Recordable) DVD+R media is write-once media. Write-once media (of any type) typically offers higher compatibility with older drives and consumer devices.
3)DVD-RAM (DVD Random Access Memory) DVD-RAM is a cartridge-based rewritable DVD disc designed for recording and playback. DVD-RAM acts just like a removable hard disk. DVD-RAM bare discs are fragile and do not guarantee data integrity.
4)DVD-RW (DVD Rewritable) DVD-RW is a rewritable (erasable) DVD format that is similar to DVD+RW but its ability to work as a random access device is not as good as that of +RW. You can rewrite this media many times. It has a read-write capacity of 4.7 GB. It is the only media that supports the /ERASE parameter.
5)DVD+RW (DVD Rewritable) DVD+RW is a rewritable DVD format with full random data recording support. It has a read-write capacity of 4.7 GB. DVD+RW media is always formatted as part of the DVDBurn process. The formatting takes the place of an erasure, so an /ERASE switch is neither required nor supported. You can rewrite this media many times.
