UltraISO has build-in CD comparing feature:
1) Put your original CD in CD-ROM, use "Tools->Check CD" menu, you can get a MD5 signature
2) Emulate the ISO image by SoftDisc (http://www.ezbsystems.com/download.htm) , do as step 1, and get the second MD5 signature
3) Put the burned CD in CD-ROM, do as step 1 again, and get the third MD5 signature
The MD5 signature is calculated in sector-by-sector mode, so includes all information on a CD.
