Whenever I want to VIEW a file, I expect it to ALWAYS open in the defined file viewer (i.e. TextPad in my case).

But if I try to view a .REG or .VBS (and others) they invoke the handler registered to the extension (just like double clicking on the file in explorer)

I want VIEW to always show me the contents in Textpad (or whatever viewer is defined).

Can you fix this please.
