I have used ultra iso to make a image of Acronis True Image V8.0 and wanted to include to 2 backup images, total 3.528GB, and compile and write to a rescue DVD.
When i open the image, include the two image files and make the image, .iso, .nrg, all i get is a 18.2MB image.
Does anyone known how to compile the full DVD ?
Much help will be very appreciated, as i am truely stuck.

Please do it this way:
1) Create a rescue CD-RW by Acronis True Image
2) Start UltrsISO, press F8 to get a bootable ISO
3) Open the ISO image, add the two .tif files to the image area
4) Choose 'File'->'Save As' to get a bootable DVD image
5) Press F7 to burn

Here's an easier and faster (because you don't have to create the DVD image, THEN burn) way:

1) Create Acronis boot CD (using Acronis TrueImage)
2) Open UltraISO, open the "Bootable" menu and choose "Extract Boot File from CD/DVD" (choose the CD from step 1)
3) Copy "Recovery Manager" directory from the Acronis boot CD to the hard drive
3) Open Nero, create new "DVD-ROM (bootable)" project
4) In the Boot tab, choose "Image file" and browse to the .bif file created in step 2
5) Check the "Enable Expert settings" checkbox in the bottom area of the Boot tab and set "Kind of emulation" to "No Emulation" (leave the rest of the expert settings at the default)
6) Set to Mode 1, ISO9660 (no Joliet) then click the "New" button.
7) Drag the "Recovery Manager" folder to your Nero DVD project
8) Drag your Acronis images (.tib, not .tif as stated in the previous post) to the Nero DVD project
9) Burn
10) Boot!

..and something I discovered quite by accident:

You don't need the "Recovery Manager" folder if you use the ISO9660:1999 format for the DVD

So, the above directions become:

1) Create Acronis boot CD (using Acronis TrueImage)
2) Open UltraISO, open the "Bootable" menu and choose "Extract Boot File from CD/DVD" (choose the CD from step 1)
6) Set to ISO9660:1999 then click the "New" button.
7) Drag your Acronis images to the Nero DVD project
8) Burn
9) Boot!
