Installed okay twice, but says 'UltraISO Premium has stopped working' when started.

maybe you did't instalted whit administrator rights ; becausse up here whit me version 9.5.0.2800 is running stable on windows 7 ultimate x64; infact whille i was writing this , i  was running ultra iso to , and  was creating a bootable usb stick  win7 professional x64.

Nope, it was definitely installed correctly and with admin rights, but does not start at all!

when you instalted this new version  ...did you keep the old version !!!
are did you removeted  the old one ...
i instalted this new version 9.5.0.2800 in the same folder  as the old  one !!!9.3.5.21716
why i do this !!!i just forgot to unnistal the old version ;
by thinking : this will be done automatically !!
wrong idee ..but hey its working !!

No, completely uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but still same error
